The content here is provided for general information about our services. Requirements for backflow testing are set by your water purveyor and by state regulation, and they change. Nothing on this site replaces the notice your utility sends you or the advice of the authority that governs your property.
Starting a chat or calling us does not create a booking. Work is scheduled once we have confirmed it with you. Anything we quote before seeing the assembly is an estimate based on what you have described, and it can change once we are on site and can see the device.
We provide certified backflow prevention assembly testing, repair and replacement, and repair and optimization of existing lawn irrigation systems. We do not install new irrigation systems, and we do not carry out interior plumbing work.
Testing requires access to the assembly and its shutoff valves, and water to that line will be interrupted briefly. Where access is not available on the day, we may need to reschedule.
Where a test passes, we complete the report and submit it to the relevant water purveyor. We are responsible for testing and filing accurately. We are not responsible for penalties that arise from a due date that had already passed before we were contacted, or from access not being available in time.
Repairs and replacement parts carry a one year warranty on parts and labor. The warranty covers the components we supplied and the work we did. It does not cover damage caused by freezing, impact, tampering, or work carried out on the assembly by someone else.
Invoices are issued after the work and are payable on the terms shown on the invoice.
