We work these regularly too. They do not have their own page yet, so call and we will tell you what your notice needs.
The list covers where most of our work sits, not a boundary we refuse to cross. We work roughly 60 miles out from the Upstate core, so if your property is close to one of these cities the answer is probably yes.
Portfolios are worth a conversation too. If you manage several properties spread across the region, we can usually group the testing so it happens in a small number of visits rather than one trip per site.
