Calling is the fastest way to reach us and it reaches Kyle directly. If it is easier, photograph your testing notice and send it through.
Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm. 24/7 emergency service.
On site in the Upstate. You deal with Kyle directly.
If your water purveyor has sent a testing notice, having it in front of you makes the call much shorter. It carries the due date, the device and the account number, which is everything we need to schedule and to file afterwards.
If you do not have a notice and something is simply not working, tell us what the system is doing and we will work it out from there.
Mornings before 10 and afternoons after 3 are usually easiest. In between we are normally on a property with hands on an assembly, so a text or voicemail gets a call back rather than a missed connection.
Roughly 60 miles out from the Upstate core, from Greenville and Spartanburg down through Anderson and into the Lakelands. Full list on the service areas page.
Reach us whichever way suits you. Calling is fastest. If you would rather send the details in writing, the chat button works and so does email.
